I looked on Houzz for a stager and out of the three I contacted, Doshia was THE only one who responded. She and her team worked quickly to stage an empty rental condo and within 24 hours, I received three cash offers over the asking price. Fabulous job!! In fact, she did such a good job, the buyer bought all of the furniture and art. Working with her was so successful and easy, that I hired her and her design "arm" OnPoint Design Group to help me update my condo which was tired after 12 years of "sameness." I might be a decorator's nightmare because I have very definite ideas of what I want and also an "I'll know it when I see it mentality." She was super easy to work with and has a great eye for color and design.
